Intended Use

The ZEUS ELISA Cytomegalovirus IgM Test System is an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay intended for the qualitative detection of IgM class antibodies to cytomegalovirus in human serum. This test system is intended to be used to evaluate serologic evidence of primary or reactivated infection with CMV, and is for in vitro diagnostic use.
